Keep your booking confirmation and the planned drop-off time alongside the relevant official page. A marketing headline is not a record of the choice displayed for your personal reservation.
Make two notes: money returned and credit for another trip. Do not add them together or describe a future coupon as cash saved today. Consider whether you expect another booking at all.
